Embracing & Planning for Your Transition to Parenthood

The transition to parenthood is such a wonderful and exciting time in your life.

It can also be a time that feels confusing, stressful and lonely.

But it doesn’t have to feel this way. We want to help you feel physically prepared and emotionally ready for your wonderful new little family member to arrive and forever change your life.

In this course we will focus on assembling your Postpartum toolkit, which includes your:

  • Mindset
  • People
  • Plan
  • Nourishment, “medicine bag”
  • Resources and Touchstones

We will also highlight what to expect from your birthing body and your interactions with baby, and what you and your family can focus on to stay healthy and feel safe both physically and emotionally.

The focus of this course is centred around being prepared with plans and specific techniques that can help alleviate stress and overwhelm in the postpartum continuum and help you to be able to fully embrace and be present with the beautiful gift that is your new child and feel empowered in your role as parent.
