Childbirth Preparation Series – Six Classes

We offer this 6 class prenatal series 2 different ways to accommodate various schedules.

It can be taken over a 5 week period (5 evenings and one Saturday)

OR

3 consecutive Saturday series, with 2 classes being held each Saturday (with a lunch break)

Each class focuses on a different aspect of the birthing/parenting journey.

We have tried to include all the topics people typically want to learn more about, so that you don’t have to keep adding on extra classes. Each class can be taken on its own as well.

We are so pleased to be teaching in a “village” format as that is what we believe in – community.

We have several instructors teaching topics they are experienced in and passionate about.

  • The Big Day
  • In Tune Mindfulness for Birth and Beyond
  • Labour Tips & Techniques
  • Breastfeeding Essentials
  • Bringing Baby Home
  • Embracing & Planning for your Transition to Parenthood

The series is valued at $300.00 per birthing couple ($480 value).
