This class will explore:
- Daily movement practices and exercises that encourage optimal alignment and fetal positioning
- Proper breathing mechanics that help foster a deeper connection to your pelvic floor muscles in preparation for birth and postpartum recover
- Mindfulness tools to help calm the nervous system. We will end the class by listening to relaxation and mindfulness scripts. A relaxed body state can facilitate a smoother birth experience.
